Metamucil kicked me out of ketosis?

Hi there,
I have a feeling that my "sugar free" orange flavoured metamucil has kicked
me out of ketosis. (I looked for sugar free plain at a couple of stores and
they didn't have it.)
I just bought it the other day, and I took it yesterday and the day before.
In the meantime, I was trying to find out what it's non-active ingredients
are, (cause they don't list them on the label).
Last Tuesday I began trying to increase my carbs to 25 and that seemed to go
well according to the ketostix. And yesterday I began by going to 30carbs.
I'm terribly backed up though and I'd like to weigh myself but won't bother
because of this.
This mornings first pee, mid-stream (as I always do it) came up negative.
So I figure it's the 2 days of Metamucil, or my one day of 30 carbs.
What do you think?

I use the exact same brand and have had no problems at all. Still in
Ketosis.
